Day 22 5 things I do on every shift
One of the most important things I must do on every shift is have my morning caramel latte from Costa. I am not a morning person so any help I can get to wake up is a good thing.
Another thing I do on every shift is have a quick catch up with my work colleagues and work out what we are doing for the day.
E-mails are checked every day to check if I have any important messages, data queries or meetings.
Data is another major part of my day. In research there's is always data to input into data bases, or checking there aren't any problems.
Lastly, I make sure I have a break. Ok I'm not as good at taking breaks but I try to at least stop thinking of work for a period of time.
